Are Marriott owner able to rent out single days?

I see lots of people renting out their Marriott weeks -- but I'm just wondering if you're able to reserve and rent out single days. I'm just exploring options right now -- but in particular, I'm wondering about the Marriott at Kaanapali because I'm looking for 3 days in July on Maui.

I don't see why not, other than most people prefer to rent the entire week. Some Marriott's such as Seaview in New Jersey offer split weeks. They would be more likely to rent 3 or 4 nights.

It's possible that someone can't use their entire week, but I'm guessing it's not likely in a place like Kaanapali. However, you never know.

As Angela said, some resorts allow a 3/4 split reservation BUT you can not as an owner reserve single days.....I tried to rent 2 extra days I had one time - I never got a taker - I had many inquiries on my Redweek ad - but no one ever wanted the exact days I had and of course I couldn't change them as I needed the other 5 days.....

This could certainly change if Marriott goes to a points system....ya never know.
With Starwood and Wyndham, there are minimum days you can reserve at certain times.....depending on how close or far away you are from check-in.
