Which are the 'newer', Marriott 'type' constructed units?
I know Birch recently had a big assesssment and refurbishing, right???
I own at a VRI managed resort that had artificially LOW MFs of $340 for a 2BR .....now $440 and probably rising....but still one of the lowest I have of my Non-Marriott weeks....
The upside is that under Fairfield management this resort had a LOT of deferred maintanance/neglect and when VRI took over, many of these issue were addressed.
Interesting what owners are thinking in regards to what the benefits would be.
