Just heard from my VERY reliable Marriott Tele-salesperson that they will start selling the ST Kitt's property June 1.
He is still saying these will be non-lock-off 2BRs......

Will post anything else I hear.

For us, only the lock-offs make sense.
getting 2 weeks for 1 plus bonus week is what we look for.
I 'only' have 1 "Fox"run week now as I sold 2 others and purchased Fairways of the Mountains....Locks offs into 2 1BR 4/4 and each gets an AC.

I heard there will be at least 2 views so there will be a 'tiered' pricing.

Hurricanne Silver Season - will probably start in the low-mid teens.....similkar to St Thomas pricing....I guess we will all see late May.

It certainly does make sense to purchase lock-offs. I wonder if we have seen the last of lock-offs from Marriott.

If Surf Club is going to be the last lock-off in Carribean, we got a good deal.....

We were told a few years ago by a salesman on Hilton Head that they weren't going to do lock-offs any more, too many owners of larger units annoyed at not being able to get similar-sized exchanges. I guess it will depend on how sales go.

There will be more lock-offs, just different locations....so for now, I bide my time

Thinking about it, I guess Marriott will have to stay competative in the market. If other timeshares of similiar quality are offering lock-offs, Marriott will in all likely hood, do the same, or risk not being as attractive to the buyer.

Yes, they will be NON-lockoff 2 bedrooms. I have also heard that occupancy will be sooner rather than later. We have some pictures though!

It was initialy rumored to be starting in late March, early May...but now pushed back until June 1....could always go later.Makes sense that occupancy will be sooner then usual as they are renovating existing buildings.
