I thought I read on another site that II would not let you request a trade from one Marriott to another Marriott, if both were in the Carribean.

GrayFal, that "This thread is worthless without pics" = ROFL. In any case, I'm gonna see if I sort out these pictures because we had an owner travel down there and take a look at it and he just mumbled them up with his other pictures....So I have to find which one's are specifically St. Kitts. But that island looks so beautiful from these pictures....man, I wish you guys could see it too

I was thinking of doing the same; but having visited the island briefly, I think I'd prefer to stay someplace smaller with more local flavor; the big Marriott is sort of a "sanitized" experience on such a charming and otherwise non-commercial island... Yeah, I hope the pricing is reasonable as well. I'd love to recommend such a beautiful property to a client, but wow, at this point it completely depends on the pricing.
BY THE WAY!
One of the reason why we cannot insitute lock offs from time to time is because of parking. When we institue lock offs we'd need to build a ton of parking for the renters and the people who have split off their week. Basically double the parking lot size, and that's quite costly.
Anyhow, hope you guys are looking forward to St. Kitts, it's quite nice.
