I believe it is a fractional ownership which equals $$$.
You very rarely see it deposited in II. -
I believe that the Marriott in London and the Hilton in NYC may be the two least traded TS anywhere. They are such high price rooms that the owner don't trade but rent them.BillComment

Marriott "Offer" London
Upon returning from Aruba, I found in my daunting stack of mail, a "special offer" from the Marrott Mayfair Residence. The "special offer" was for
299 British pounds/night. Now, do the math............... 1 pound=1.7789 dollars. That's about $562/night/USD. Yes, it's a luxury unit in one of the finest boroughs in London, but more geared towards those select few.
Needless to say, the Allen House will suffice nicely.

Marriott London Grand Residence
Thanks for the replies. I am not giving up just yet. Surely an owner of a Marriott London Grand Residence 6/24/06-7/1/06 would want to swap for my Marriott Aruba Ocean Club OCEANFRONT booked for 8/12/06-8/19/06??? One of the greatest cities in the world for one of the greatest beaches??? So if you own a Grand Residence week that matches, let's talk! Jeff (NJ-USA)

Actually, SFX gets London deposits at Allen house and several other London locations...they would gladly take your Ocean Club Summer Deposit....as for your travel date of HIGH season in London in 2 months.....I wouldn't think you would get a match at this point from anyone.Originally posted by ArubaOCComment
