Marriott's Village d'lle-de-France - wanna be owner -looking for advice on purchase

I would love to own at this resort! I currently own at Bonnet Creek. I will be done payng for it soon and I would love to start looking to buy in Paris. Can anyone give me some buying tips? I will not be able to go there every year so I would need to buy somthing that has good trading value in summer months. We have four children so I'd really like a three bedroom. I'd appreciate any advice you have.

Best advice is as usual..
1 Take your time
2 Have a good look at the deal being offered by Marriott and of course the resale market.

My understanding is that sales are slow ,,,so there must be great deals available .
