A TS broker called me today offering me a 2 bedroom lockoff biennial in Shadow Ridge in Sedona in Silver season for $1600. She said they were desperate and might take less........so
What do you guys think? Will it trade good?

You can buy an EOY Platinum Marriott Horizons Branson for less then that.

When u trade ALL the other Marriott Plat and Gold owners will be ahead of you - it will trade okay....but why bother when u can buy Plat weeks for the same price?
2 years ago it wold have been great - now, not great.
