Hope I'm correct in stating "13-month rule" as I've seen something about 12 months in some of the posts. My question - Do you have to own two TS's in the same development or two overall Marriott TS's to be eligible for 13-month rule?

Marriott owners may reserve a week exactly 12 months in advance of the first arrival date for the week they are booking (thus, even if you want to arrive on a Sat. you book at the same time as Thursday (if the resort offers Thursday check-ins) or Friday arrivals.
The 13 month rule applies only to multiple week owners booking either contiguous or consecutive weeks, either at the same or at different resorts. You may only book at 13 months if you are a multiple week owner and are booking your weeks this way.
