I just discovered that the promotions vary depending on what language you choose when using the website. For example, there is a promotion at Steamboat Springs that does not show up when you are working in English but it shows up when you are working in - not sure, maybe Spanish or German. Some promotions were common to all languages, some to a few languages, and some were specific to that language. Goodness this all takes time!
