I own a 40,000 point contract. RHC administration starts driving me crazy.
In July 2009, I paid $960 towards 2010 MF and reserved my Paris week successfully in November 2009 for June 2010.
In October 2009, I received an account statement that the MF for 2010 is $1,010, i.e. there is an outstanding balance of $50.
Last week, I checked my online account. Everything was in good shape - no outstanding balance, remaining credit correct and reservation record still there. The system won't let me pay $50 because it says there is no outstanding balance.
This morning, I called to talk to an agent. He asked me for $1,010. I told him my payment in July and the confirmation number. After putting me on hold for 10 minutes, he said I have no outstanding balance since I paid $960 in July and advised me to ignore the account statement.
Do I owe RHC any MF? Is it true if we pay our MF early, we can ignore the subsequent raise?
