Does it include all inclusive?

I just get RHC platinum plus member in March in Cancun.
I was told I have five years benefit "unlimited accomodation privilege" package including unlimited food and beverages( all inclusive)
but I am here and see lots of members have to pay 80.00 per day.
I reviewed my contract no any" all inclusive" mentioned on it except" unlimited acomodation privilege"
Is it a scam from sale rep?

Yup, you're going to have to pay the all-inclusive fee.

Watch out for blackout dates - at least at Park Royal Cozumel, you can't book the 'unlimited' plan Jul15-Aug15th.

We're paying at the $60/day per person rate for a big family trip in June/early July in Cozumel, and it's still a pretty good deal.

And the most important part - it forces me to go on vacation.

The difference between the $80pppd rate under the 5years unlimited privilege and the $60pppd rate if you booked with points comes close to the maintenance fee for the points, go figure!
