Booking problems

I'm having a real hard time reserving with Royal. I finally got my account going and EVERY search I do says no availability; am I doing something wrong? Is there a certain time of day that works best for reserving.

Any help/advice/tips/tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Also, for my 2010 points does it have to be for a 2010 reservation or can I use this years points to book into 2011 now.

I'm sorry you haven't gotten a response yet - our usual RHC experts seem to be away. I would suggest that you try contacting RHC by phone if the site isn't working. The company is a bit notorious for its frustration levels, but owners who can overcome the customer friendliness issues seem to be very happy.

Please let us know how you do on the phone and hopefully someone will come along if you still need help.

Since they upgrade their site, it becomes very painful to find any reservation especially in short term range. Look like you need to get exact hit for the day and places.

I will just call their VC.

Your 2010 points has to use for 2010 reservation. However, you can roll it to 2011 all.

Your 2011 trip must use your 2011 points and you have to pay MF in order to use it (even for on line reservation). Once you paid it, try on late day. And on some easy book area, so you can feel better what those search can do for you.

Some of the resorts are just on their system but you will not see any inventory comes in. Unfortuante you will never know it no longer has inventory come or not.

It is really painful to do search now.
