We just spent one week at the Hotel Duo in Prague using our RHC points. The hotel is large and caters to groups. We had an Ambassador unit which is a studio plus a living room with a sofa bed. The unit had one bathroom and did not receive a wi-fi connection. The rooms, by European standards, were well sized. The hotel is not near the historical or touristy areas but is across the street from the metro. The metro was great. It was clean and ran frequently. It was about ten to fifteen minutes to the Old Town. We usually came back to the hotel between nine and eleven at night and felt safe using the metro and walking back to the hotel. The hotel provides free wi-fi in the lobby but the coverage was sporatic. The hotel provides a "free" breakfast, which was pretty good. There is a good variety of food, including made to order fried eggs, trays of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, a variety of bread, cold cuts, cheeses, fruits and cereals. We did not eat or drink at the hotel restaurant or bar. The only negatives were that the bed was the hardest bed we have ever slept on (I ended up preferring the sofa bed because it was not as uncomfortable for me) and the cost of the breakfast. Breakfast is included in the hotel's room rate but cost RHC visitors $25 per person per day ($350 for the week for two people) whether you had breakfast there or not. The money is paid to RHC at the time of the reservation. The hotel is large so you can rent rooms on Expedia or similar type websites for $65 to $85 per day per couple so that the differential over the cost of breakfast may not be worth the points. I discovered this when I thought we might add a more nights at the hotel.
