I tried logging onto the RHC website and it has changed. It is now less functional than ever. I could not search online for availability. The website wanted me to input dates that would be sent to RHC to check for availability. Has anyone figured out a way to search online for availability? Also, I could not see my current reservations.

    Thanks.

    Sam,

You are lucky you could log onto your account. Mine says I need new navigation requirements, e.g. IE8.

I get my laptop from my employer, so can't download any software, unless asking for a favor from the IT guy.

I can't retrieve my reservation record.

Used another computer to log onto the new site.

The layout is an improvement. It is easier to retrieve account information and reservation record.

All Club resorts can be booked online. The affilitated resorts I have browsed require submission of request. These include those used to have lots of availability, e.g. Lake Placid, Cape Cod, Mardid, Paris and Rome.

There are lots of cruises from September to April in Caribbean and Mediterranean. Used Allure of the Seas as an example. The cheapest balcony requires 43,000 points and $950 (don't remember the exact amount). The total cost to me (MF + all inclusive fee) is like $2050, while vacationtogo.com quotes $2398 for two for the same room.

If you purchased direct from RHC, this deal doesn't look too good. For those who bought it resale for like free from ebay, this cruise option is an alternative to get rid of the points.

Will keep watch availability of affilitated resorts.
