Platinum vs. Royal membership

I was looking at the Royal Holiday member benefits and the only difference between a "platinum" vs "Royal" membership is "VIP service". Is there really such a thing? What is the vip service? Spence, I know you must be a Royal member. Have you ever been given any special service because of it?

Well, yes and yes. VIP service could include something like obtaining reservations for booking when no inventory is left. They can sometimes get more inventory for VIPs.
