Do I need a guest certificate?

I am using a room for one night and then giving it to friends for the next 2 nights. Do I need to let Royal Holiday know so they can give me a guest certificate?

No such thing as a Guest Certificate. RHC puts the guest's name on your confirmation. If it were me, I'd call RHC and have both your names on the check-in.
