    Wow, 500 extra points for next year, where can I go?
    Pretty ordinary survey.



    Dear Sir or Madam,
    Our market research firm has been employed by Royal Holiday Club to conduct a survey of their members. In order to better serve you and their future members, Royal Holiday Club would like to ascertain your reactions toward your purchase - your satisfaction level, your intended use patterns, your thoughts on the future of the Club, and so forth.
    Needless to say, your response should be totally objective. It is only through your reactions that Royal Holiday Club can continue to strengthen the program. Thus, your responses are vital to this end.

    Spence, it's too bad you combined all your memberships! You might've gotten 500 per membership to give you 1500 to 2000 additional points that could be used for half a week in Cabo or somewhere!

    You must be on everyone's radar. I haven't gotten any of the survey or class action requests you have. And thank Goodness for that.

      I also received the email request for the survey. Did it not because of the 500 points. I wish our participation may improve the system, especially the online system, which is the worst I have ever used.

      Don't tell me I am too naive. I know I am.

      BTW, I also received an email about improvement of their online system. I tried but could not notice any difference.

          There certainly is a lot of room for improvement. Nothing frustrates me more than trying to use their online system. I have never seen anything like it. Let's hope they really do make some improvements.

            That does make impression a bad system. But to be fair, I own Wyndham points. At 2002, there is no on-line at all, then until the beginning of this year, their on-line is much worse than RHC. Of course, this year's one is light year ahead of RHC.

            Last year's RHC's on-line is actually better design than this years. Although both are still very hard to do any search.

            With more and more works done through internet, hopefrully, they will get better before we know it. At this moment, I certainly would not expect a TS company doing better web than Dell or eBay.
