  • Handicap Accessible Units

Does anyone have any experience trying to get a handicap accessible unit with RHC, especially at places like NYC where RHC only has a few units?

I have not looked into this yet but my parents would like to stay at the Affinia Manhattan next year or the year after. My father is confined to a wheelchair. If RHC cannot gaurantee anything, do you think that the hotel would be helpful?

    Thanks.

Hotel would be the better bet, I would think, they would know their inventory better.
