Fees please

It is based on the point size, gradually reduces. Unless you tell us what kind of point range you are thinking of, I don't think anyone can answer, I saw range from .85 cents to .60 cents, but I don't know too many people hold really big contract, so can not tell you the actual range.

Are you used to own them?

After the vendor read this thread, I received a prompt reply that he will send a cheque for 2/3 or $160 (someone on this thread indicated that amount for 30K) to RHC. Once the deal is closed and the dust settles, I'll be happy to post positive feedback.

Yes, but renters for AI are not easy to find.

Someone OY said that when they've given bonus weeks in the past, the AI fee was higher than it normally is. So really it is completely worthless. Before you book it, make sure you know what the fee is. Don't assume it will be the usual $60 ppd.

It is the 'usual' $60pppd, just booked several at Park Royal Cancun, all studios, nothing larger would be given.

At Park Royal Cancun it's a large hotel room that sleeps 4. I expect all others are the same.

My new studio EOY ownership is closed - and I just paid the $115 fee.

Seems it should be half that for EOY???
