  • New RHC Web Site Very Frustrating

The RHC web site has a new outlook, but is more user unfriendly.

All features remain the same, so the change is cosmetic only. The most frustrating part is the destination flexible feature. In the past, I could select New York and most, if not all, resorts in US would show, with or without availability. Hawaii was not included. If I select Paris and destination flexible, everything in Europe would show.

Now, if I pick New York, only the two resorts in New York will show. If I pick Paris, I will see both in Paris, but not anything else.

I Kept searching, but after 5 or 6 times, I got knocked out because of connector problem. I had to re-login.

One thing I am not sure before further verification. It seems RHC has re-adjusted the credits required, i.e. our membership is de-valued.

I believe that in the membership guide it states that once the resorts are valued, they can not be changed. I haven't checked, but I'm pretty sure that changing the credits needed is against their rules.

I just went on the rhc website & you are right in that it has definetly gone from bad to worse. It was a tedious process as it was. I think I would just call for reservations if they leave it this way.

I hadn't been to the RHC site since it was 'upgraded.' After attempts over two days, I haven't even been able to log-in. Well finally on the third day! What a disappointment. As mentioned, all the flexible destination info is now gone, making the site practically useless!
I suppose complaining is a waste of time.

I agree. The new website is not as user friendly as the old one, not by a longshot.

Is it possible to find the credits required for each resort without doing a search for availability (which is now one city at a time)? I have not been able to figure it out. If that is the only way to find the credits, then we cannot know the credits for resorts that are not available on-line since they are no longer shown in the on-line search results.

          Thanks.
