Originally posted by abc31Has anyone had any luck finding a shorter stay than a week at this property? I tried several dates in May & March & only 7 night stays came up. Is this the only way you can book here?... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

Xmas, NYE, TurkeyDay, Easter, Holy Week, Presidents Week are like 80K in the suite!
You know that the RHC designations are their own 'categories' as a -Studio- at many resorts is really a 1BR at the resort, ex: Brigantine Beach. It's just disconcerting because RHC and CP have similar unit names that mean entirely different things.
From what I can tell the
RHC Presidential = CP Executive Jr. Suite
is a $1500 PER NIGHT room (incl tax)
and it comes with breakfast and snacks throughout the day
but the RHC confirmation, in addition to the ~$50 per night taxes, says there is a $10 per night charge for the pool?... not enough time for all the timeshares ®

Which Affinia? I am going to NYC next week and checked to make sure I was still booked into the Affinia Manhattan and I am. I was concerned about my reservation after reading some of the posts in this thread.

Certainly any 2010 and beyond bookings MUST be done at the Crowne Plaza.
I asked RHC yesterday about this and was told that RHC's 2010 contract is with Crowne Plaza and NOT Affinia.
IOW pranas, you are fine.... not enough time for all the timeshares ®
