I am finally a member of RHC after about 3 months of waiting for transfer. When I was browsing the Holiday Credits Balance page, it says that I have 70,000 points for 2009 and 0 used. Does this mean that those points are available to me to use for 2009? When I bought the timeshare from ebay, the ad didn't mention anything about unused points and it didn't ask me to pay for 2009 fees.

look like you get 70k with 1 month left.
If you own 70k or more you can roll all these point to next year. If not, you can roll whatever you have to next year, and let them know you need deposit to RCI (will be very close), and call RCI to set up your account and deposit them. You will need to call Royal Holiday's VC for all these.

Only have to worry about the RCI aspect if you have points stuck in this year.... not enough time for all the timeshares ®
