On April 6, 2010, after 1:00 pm PST, you will once again have access to your account and reservation information when you sign in to the VI website. You will find many new features, including a point calculator that will show you how many points you will have available for a given date, a view of your points by contract or consolidated, and a logout feature.
If you have not previously registered for the VI Members area, you will need your contract number to complete your registration. That information can be found on your last statement received, on past confirmations, or by calling Owner Services during office hours at 1.800.444.6633.
We would like to acknowledge that the wait has been trying and thank those that used the beta test site to help VI complete this project. VI prides itself on supplying correct information and insuring this contributed to the delay.
Our next step will be to allow real-time reservations. We will keep you informed as this project comes to completion.
