VI with interval international?

Decided to jump in and buy some VI points on ebay While I'm waiting for them to close, I want to get a jumpstart on my learning! Can I add VI to my II account and if I can do I just book an actual unit and deposit that if I want to exchange?

I'm sure I'll have more questions. Feel free to give me any and all advice!

Vacation Internationale - there doesn't seem to be as much info out there as other systems. They're pretty focused in the Pacific northwest

Greg (Aliikai) is the guy that knows the most about VI. However, I believe VI trades exclusively with RCI. I know most are unless some resorts are dual affiliated
