I noticed the very first entry was a resort I'd never seen online, so I asked:

Thank you for your question regarding Bali Hai. There are 10 VI Owners that have a dual contract with Pahio’s Bali Hai and VI. If these Owners decide not to use there Bali Hai week, it then goes into our Instant Exchange System for all Owners to reserve. However out of the 10 contracts only 2 are every year contracts. The other 8 are every other year; therefore we rarely have more than a week or two a year in our Exchange System. To review any Instant Exchange click on exchange availability under the Owner only section of our website Vacation Internationale, you then can choose a month in which you wish to travel and scroll through the locations available.
