We are expecting up to 8" of snow on Cape Cod tonight. If I didn't live here, someone would have to PAY me to vacation here in February!

Yes but at least there's no traffic now. According to my ex home resort that I owned a blue week there. They said people love going there at this time, we have the indoor pool and there is no traffic and we have the indoor pool did I mention that they have an in door pool. Just finding an open restaurant is a fun adventure right now.

But, Frank, there no difficulty getting a reservation if you can find a restaurant open now! And, there's no traffic

Actually, I moved here 20 years ago, and many more places are open year arond now then they were then.

There are sevral really good restaurants open all year and many of the other services too. The New Seabury Mall is even open in the evening during the winter now

Actually, the service is constant. The only time they don't run is if there is a blizzard blowing and the seas are too rough. Remember from Wood's Hole to the Vineyard is only 5 nautical miles; Nantucket on the other hand is I believe 45 nautical miles. We went over in November and it wasn't bad...of course THIS November the weather was in the 50s

The schedule is not nerly as active and the number of trips are reduced, but there is daily service to the Islands.

The Cape Air flights are daily too and their schedule is not too much different than summer.

Hey, by the way, when ARE you coming up the Cape again???

If you do vist, please let us know. We live right near the bridge, and we always say three seats, no waiting; it's a really good pitstop on the way to P'town.

Would love to meet you and DW.

Hey do you know of a good Thai or was that Chinese food not far from the bridge. We ate there one night and the food was very good. It was on a long strip and if I recall next door they had a ton of outdoor stuff they had out in a lot like fashion.

I know the place you mean; it's Thai. I don't remember the name but I drive past there often. The area is kind of run down, but the strip is starting to make a come back. Businesses that were closed are being sold, refurbished and reopenned. It's nice to see the area making a come back.
