We are extremely pleased that Vacation Resorts International (VRI) has purchased Owners Resorts and Exchange (ORE). VRI is the largest full service timeshare management company in the U.S. The VRI corporate office is located in Southern California with four regional offices. The office in Salt Lake City will remain intact and operational with the existing team members under the direction of VRI.
One of the most exciting opportunities this brings is to integrate the ORE internal exchange program into VRI and adding many of the VRI locations into the exchange program in 2007. The ORE internal exchange has been renamed “VRI*ety” but the services we provide will remain in tact and unchanged as will the way you use your timeshare in the internal exchange, RCI and II.

Dear VRI Owner,
Welcome to the VRI Owner's Web Site, formerly the ORE Member Site.
The intent of this site is to assist owners in utilizing and enjoying their ownership with VRI more fully. Owners can view a history of resort usage, view upcoming reservations, review credits in the VRI*ety exchange system, book VRI*ety exchange reservations online, pay assessments, make address changes, check exchange availability, enter wait list requests, communicate with the VRI staff, and more. The VRI*ety Exchange is the new name for the Owner's Resort and Exchange System. VRI*ety is not only a name change, but promises to open your exchange opportunities up to many more destinations in the future now that we are part of Vacation Resorts International. The direct address for the owner's web site is now slcmembers.vriresorts.com. Please replace any old ORE bookmarks you may have had with this new address.
Currently this site is limited to the owners formerly managed by Owners' Resort and Exchange. In the future, other VRI owners will be able to utilize this site.
In order to access the Owner's web site, please follow these steps:
Type your Owner ID or a Contract Number.
Owner ID: All mailings (assessment billing letters, annual meeting notices, etc.) will include your Owner ID. Each owner has one Owner ID regardless of the number of intervals they own within the VRI system.
Contract Number: This number is five or six digits and looks similar to this: 1-0889 or 80-2238. If you have multiple intervals within the VRI system, each interval will have a separate contract number. Any of your contract numbers may be used to access the site.
Type in your password. To utilize the web site for the first time, you must use the last four digits of your home telephone number as your initial password. The web site will only recognize the home telephone number that is on file at the VRI Salt Lake City office.
Click "Login" and you will be taken to a page to choose your own password. If you have trouble getting onto the site, you may call VRI during normal business hours for assistance.
Once you have logged in and chosen a new password, your Home Page will open. The Home Page will include your specific owner information as well as all your ownership interests. The buttons on the left of the screen can be used to navigate the entire site. If any of the owner information listed on this screen is incorrect (address, phone number, etc.) please click on the "Change Address" button to make the necessary changes.
While viewing your Home Page, you can click the links on the right side for making maintenance fee payments or viewing past and future reservations. One of the most exciting features of our web site is the Exchange Availability Page. To access this page, click on the "Exchange Availability" link on the left. You can then choose the state in which you would like to find availability and select the month in which you would like to travel. All availability information is updated real-time. If you find an interval you would like to reserve, you may book it online if you have sufficient exchange credits, or simply call a vacation services counselor. All phone numbers are listed on the page. If you do not find the availability you are looking for, you can submit a wait list request by clicking on the "Wait List Request" link.
