Hi all,
I don't post much, but I do a lot of lurking on these boards, as well at TUG. I would like, however, to get your thoughts from my fellow MROP/VRI friends, on questions I have been thinking about. They are:
1) On the MROP website (MROP - Multi Resort Ownership Plan), they have a similar question posted in the owners' forum. It is basically, what are your thoughts on adding more resorts to the internal MROP exchange?
Personally, I would like VRI to concentrate on getting all the MROP resorts up to Gold Crown, etc., standard. And I would appreciate more availability in southern California.
2) Do you think any more special assessments might be heading our way again?
Personally, I wouldn't mind them, if and only if, the amount was reasonable and they were wisely spent to get the current MROP resorts up to an excellent standard. I think VRI is a good management company, so I am hopefully optimistic that this might happen. What is everyone's thoughts on this?
3) Finally, does anyone have any news on the exchange with the other VRI resorts and how it might work with MROP? I'm ever curious.
