    [sign]WOW![/sign] Special Assessment of $3333.33
that's more than I paid for the unit(s)
tried to pay by phone several times, automated system didn't work
tried to pay online, filled in all info, receipt said couldn't connect to server
betya their regular phone lines have been clobbered, won't even try that

Spence - I just tried the on line payment link & it worked fine (not that paying all the fees is good but it worked!).

The 800# payment line is set up for thousands of calls - it should work quickly as well. 1-888-205-8060

John, good for you! Thanks for the input. Didn't work for me all day yesterday, multiple attempts, just providing my experience.

        How Big was that Assessment?

Is that $3,333.33 per interval? (full 3 bedroom-1 week)

I believe there are about 200 units. At 50 weeks that would be over $33,000,000 in improvements!!

        WOW!

Lets not get a wild rumor started! As Spence says above he owns UDI points - a bunch of them - and that was his total cost. The maximum SA for a weeks owner - 3 BR/ 3 BA is $673./ week. The number goes down if you own a 2 or 1 bedroom or fewer points than Spence!

                  What does that mean?
My figure was a TRUE figure, the figure for a 2BR or 1BR ownership if John had given it would be a TRUE figure, go figure yourself!

If you have a problem, with something the BBS allows me to do, maybe a PM or an email would work.

Hmm I guess that works both ways.

BTW I was not trying to be nasty , Just trying to show the person that complained about it that I am letting you know. If you want me to delete these dumb posts let me know.

Until I get my 'edit' buttons back in forums where I am a moderator, I could care less.
