Where is the best online tutorial for learning the WM system? Where can I read up on the details of using it?

Are there different kinds of ownership w/WM?

Are annual dues with an exchange company included w/WM maint fees or are they individual/extra?

Both of these will take you to the forums where lots of information is available and lots of good people to communicate with.

Very similar to the Sunterra SunGlances guide (that you need a direct link for from an owner), the Worldmark Owners Education Handbook can easily be found by anyone in the Owners Educaion link on their home page.

So far, I think I saw two types of accounts, one is regular, the other is with unlimit housekeep credit.

Exchange company dues are not included in the maint fees....a lot of people do not join either RCI or II but use WM exclusively.

There were no housekeeping memberships sold between 1989 to April, 1991 - about 3,000 of them. They then went to one free housekeeping per each 10,000 credits owned.

http://forums.trendwest.com has a wealth of information and will give you great insight as to using the membership. As Spence mention there is a handbook also. You can read on the forum and not have to be a WM owner.
