not a wm owner but curious as to what ever happened with BOD debacle?

Which debacle would that be? There are many.

PA just announced that the BOD put him onto the Ballot for the next election. The petition campaign completely nullified the BOD nominating committee. I guess they forgot that owners can nominate whomever they want.

Also, there is a Class action law suit that has been filed against WorldMark by Wyndham regarding Travelshare. It's still early, so we are awaiting more info.
