A little background info, I just recently purchased Wyndham points at Smokey Mountain. I just went to the RCI board to read about it and see if I want to join. I will join it. I noticed there is a 5/10 year guest certificate you can buy and eliminate the charge each time. I am a little confused about how Wyndham does this. Both my adult children are on the deed at Wyndham and I want them to have as much access as I do. We also own DVC and they can book trips just like I do. Are they going to be guest or owners as far as Wyndham is concerned. With RCI, I will be the only member and they will be guest. Can someone help me with this. I haven't gotten all my paper work so I haven't really got the deed yet. I can't call them for this info.

At WYN properties, they will be regarded as owners. Our son is on all of our deeds as well.
As far as I know, RCI membership can only have 2 names. On our RCI account we use myself and son (my husband is always with one of us, never traveling w/o).
