Wyndham Smoky Mts Availability Memorial Weekend?

We are in the process of closing on a Wyndham Smoky Mountains points purchase. We want to be able to book at least a 2 bedroom at our home resort or the new Wyndham for Memorial week 2010 - do you think I'll have any luck with availability at 3 or 4 months out? I figure it will take a few months to close this purchase.
