One of the largest individual Wyndham point owners is working with several firms to investigate the potential of a lawsuit to challenge some of the changes that Wyndham has made in regards to policies.
These issues include changes to VIP privileges, changes to PIC policies, the renting of vacation club inventory, and the change to the policy of allowing owners to transfer one time usage points from owner to owner.
I'm personally not a big fan of these types of lawsuits, as far too often they only seem to benefit the attorneys and not the average timeshare owner..
