  • Buying small resale to get better booking window

I have been lurking for a while and I have question, I have a couple questions, If somebody would be so kind as to help me out.

I am currently a Wydham owner with 231,000 biannual points, with the home resort in vegas.

I am thinking about buying a small wyndham resale of around 85-115k annual points.

I plan on traveling to Disney numerous times in the next few years and if the new timeshare has a base of Bonnet creek, but is only for like 100k annual points, could I use my remainder points from my other account to book stays of around 200K points. I am also wondering since bonnet creek would be the home resort for the smaller timeshare, could I get the 13 month advance booking window, even if points come from both accounts.

I am new to this, and I am just trying the figure out about combining accounts purchased resale with my current account purchased from wyndham.

No. You can only use points you own at a resort/resort group for ARP. You can't combine for ARP.

But, at Bonnet Creek, you really don't need to unless you need larger/presidential units. The regular 1BR/2BR units are generally plentiful at the 10 month point.

If you just will be there for a few years, I may just try to find someone with presidential club and work with them to have them make rent reservation.
