Wyn Direct Exchanges

I have a fellow owner at a Whistler resort that wants to book a Washington DC TS for mid-May. Since there is very little RCI availability, I told him the best bet would be to do a direct exchange with a Wyn owner.

Is May a high demand time? Where would be the best sites to direct him to?
