  • Wyndham.....

    In your openion....
Which is the most sought after resort in WYNDHAM
on the Continental US On the East side,
between Toronto and Florida, driving down.....
including Main, NJ., NY., NHS., Pens., Tenn. and so on.

    Thank you.

It does not have resorts in NY, Maine, NH.

Depends on your criteria, but most of the resorts in most of the time are very much available in 10 month regular reservation period, so most of the "sought after" is driven by the MF.

You can look at Wyndham's rental site to determine what is most sought after by non-owner.

If by most sought after you mean which resorts are most difficult to get into during the prime summer period between roughly June 15th and August 15th the answer should be Wyndham resorts in the Myrtle Beach area of South Carolina.

Wyndham point owners who own at one of those resorts probably bought at Myrtle Beach because they want Advance Reservation Priority (ARP) which gives those owners the opportunity to gain access before the multitude of Wyndham owners who own elsewhere.

Yes, it is true that there will be some availability at the Wyndham Myrtle Beach resorts ten months out; but that inventory will have been drastly reduced by the tenth month before check-in.

Meanwhile, Wyndham does rent out availability at Myrtle Beach to the general public which competes with Internal requests for access.

Started as a full community real estate project (like Celebration). After the market crashed, an unsold tower of 3 bedroom private condo's was sold to WYN to be sold as TS.
Three very beautiful golf courses on property, as well as several pools and waterpark.

Now it makes sense. I was thinking a reunion was maybe a party of tsers who get together . Geeze, lots to learn. shaggy

Small point but a big deal for Wyndham. They didnt buy at Reunion, they simply took over marketing and sales, like Jya-Ning said.

Wyndham makes as much as if they developed it, but didnt have to commit (or borrow) any money

This is their WAAM program. They did this one and one in Myrtle Beach, and they are looking for more. If you know of any "busted" condo developments (ie empty towers) in your community, that might be suitable for timeshare resorts, let me know. Ill pass it along to Wyndham

I am talking with Big Frank about the possibility of moving it to Wyndham Reunion Resort at Orlando for TS purposes. Reunion itself has golf packages and rentals, etc.
I will post it as soon as we figure where it will best serve the group to find it.
                          Should be very soon.

Shawnee is different, right? They actually bought that?

What if they took over the late lamented Friar Tuck/Nottingham? The Catskills could use a nice timeshare--there's just Friar Tuck and Villa Roma.
