Before the end of last year I paid to pool my 2011 points. I did this because last year we did not end up using our points and ended up depositing them into RCI. I don't see RCI as the best use of our small (77k) package.
Now I see a reservation for July that I might want, but it looks like there is only 1 unit available, so I need to move fast.
My question: if I use the pooled points to make a reservation and end up cancelling it, do those pooled points then become regular cancelled points, ending in 2011 instead of being good for 3 years?
I hate to think I wasted the $39 for pooling the points!
