This is another pay for service contract with an existing development- which seems to be the model many developers are now using for expansion.

This will now give Wyndham points five resorts in Destin: Bay Club, Bay Club II, Wyndham Beach Street Cottages, Majestic Sun and now Emerald Grande.

That is quite a presence for the sleepy redneck riviera! (I type that with great love- I'm a huge fan of Destin)..

Sounds like a win-win for all these defunct condo projects.

I wish they'd do it in more big cities.

Destin stopped being a red-neck riviera about 15 years ago. It's has many upscale shops now.
