I have a buddy that owns at Waikiki Beach Walk. If he were to purchase another points ownership (resale of course), how does he combine the two? Does he have to buy another one with the same points anniversary as his current one? What if he were to buy an EOY to add to his annual ownership?

As long as any future point purchases are deeded the same as his first one, the contracts will all be placed into the same account (up to 15 contracts). The use years or whether it is EY or EOY does not matter.
However, I would advise him to avoid EOY contracts right now as Wyndham just started charging EOY contracts full point value on program fees EY no matter how many contracts you have in your account. This means many EOY owners are paying extra program fees they should not be paying.Vicki
