  • Who can help me with some Math?

This is more of an idea then anything i'm going to move along with....Right now, its VERY hard to find a Wyndham points contract for under $5 a point...and every year it gets harder and harder to do...The real Prime low cost points contracts with transfer and Fees tend to sell for MUCH higher then $2600, yet the prime fixed weeks you can walk away with a total cost of $1...so my thoughts is...why not find a Nice Prime Fixed week and spend the $2495 to have it transfered over to points...

3BR Williamsburg VIRGINIA Timeshare RED WEEK Deed | eBay

This is a Prime Week for Wyndham Kingsgate so IF converted it will give 238,000 points...The MF is listed as $764...

    So $764/238 = about $3.21 per 1,000 points..

The issue is i know there are additional fees after you transfer a fixed week to Points, plus partners? FSP?...I believe is something like .51cents? .66cents? per thousand, but really i have NO idea...Do any of you guys know, how i can figure out what the Final MF will be with all the fees that are added for converting over to Points?

Ok so if i make the assumption that it is .66cents per 1,000 for the additional fees(thats the highest i've found)

That brings this to $3.87 per 1,000 points or about $921.06...i've never seen a contract with a lower Cost per THousand points in the wyndham system...have you?

    Around that range.

Try forums.atozed.com. It has a calculated sheet.

It will add the Club due at Plus Partnership.

I believe the Club due is now only 2 level.

No, the prime contract that deed on kingsgate may not get $2000

There are people doing the fix week conversion for years. I believe this economic is really tough.

    Good luck.
