Hi, need help getting this sold. Anyone have suggestions?

I have no experience selling TS. However, it looks like if you are interested in selling it right away and you don't care for how much, ebay and redweek are where people tell me as a buyer to go.

If you have an attachment to how much you sell it for, maybe find an agent that specializes in that type of TS. Don't pay a listing fee. They can get paid when you get paid.

If you can find someone

That will pay the closing and the transfer with you netting 0, you will be lucky. These tiny Wyndham packages cost more per point to use that the larger packages, making these valueless. I would recommend using Craigslist, here, Tug2.net, or anywhere that you can list it to give it away.

Be careful in advertising...!

You may not be able to get anything for a small package like this...

You can transfer this to an immediate family member and the original package should transfer as you purchased.... including Club Wyndham, Perks... etc.

If you sell to someone out of the family... then only the basic points may transfer.... so find out.. first.

I believe the transfer fee to anyone is $299.00

Call Wyndham to make sure...

Don't want to get sued... after all....
