VIP Upgrades not showing online?

Is anyone else having difficulty.. Seems like over the past month the free VIP upgrades are not showing properly online..

Is anyone else having difficulty.. Seems like over the past month the free VIP upgrades are not showing properly online..

Last I looked a couple of weeks ago they were available Rich. The larger unit was available and the smaller showed with upgrade. I'm not in there often. We dabble with WYN.

Unit upgrades are based on availability, so there probably aren't any larger units available in the resort. I just checked National Harbor and the upgrade option shows up for me. If you think there's a glitch, I would always call just to make sure

I got an explanation.. When they are split reservations, the free upgrade is only available if both stays match up exactly.. In other words- if the 2br is a split 4 days and 3, and the 1br is a split 5 days and 2- no upgrade is given..
