What advice do you give me? The do's and dont's. How are maint fees figured? If I don't use the time can I rent them out? I own points from another timeshare company and thoroughly enjoy but this would give us more options. I know how to work the system in my other ownership and curious of what suggestions you may have for me. I look forward to hearing from you.
