Anyone interested in a direct trade

Wondering if there are any Wyndham owners who might be interested in doing a direct exchange with a Bluegreen owner? My mother is interested in going to Nashville and I see only one resort there but would prefer a direct exchange over going through RCI if at all possible.

I could also offer an exchange through II, Platinum, DAE or SFX as well if that would make things a little easier.

Or if not interested in exchange, I would be willing to reimburse MF's / Guest Certificate costs and pay cash.

DW and the girls used to go to Fairham Nashville before faux points.

There were always owners renting whenever I looked for special occasions, like to go see the Rockettes during the Holidays.

Thanks for all the help! Now I'm going to have a hard time deciding how to do this! Chris, the points chart was exactly what I was looking for. Now I can see what ball-park I am going to be playing in. They are going to want to go prime time, sometime in June, July or August. It looks like availability will not be a problem just nailing down dates.

JLB - I would consider Craigslist, only as alternative and would rent from someone on TS4MS first but will consider that as a last resort. I know there are proabably megarenters there, and the cost might be a little less but for safety reasons and to give back is primary for me.

GrayFal - Since they are looking at 2013, this would be before your points were allotted and wouldn't want you to borrow.
