I recently returned from Wyndham Bentley Brook. The unit was lovely. The resort was quite isolated with the nearest supermarket 20 minutes away. If you happen to be here the onion rings are to DIE for at the restaurant on the other side of the street.
Anyway...
I was looking forward to the stay as I knew we would have my favorite pillows and needn't bring my own. We had been out and about and on our feet in the sun all day and I did fall immediately asleep that night. I woke up feeling like I had been hit by a truck. The mattress was so hard it kept cutting off circulation.
There is firm and there is "slab of cement".
I don't recall the mattresses at Wyndham being like this. I don't stay at these properties constantly but enough that I would remember an issue. I seem to remember soft, supportive and comfy from the last few stays.
Is this a new development?
I am really hoping WorldMark Windsor is not going to have the same problem when I get there at the end of the month.
