Hotel or Timeshare

Anyone have any information on the
new construction at the the corner of
International Drive & Sand Lake Road?

I saw that they tore down the old hotel so I'm guessing it's probably going to be another hotel.
It's not the greatest location for a timeshare IMO.

I am pretty sure a Super Target is supposed to go in there. That's was the plan a while ago and then a shopping center to support it...It's supposed to be called i-shops
