The reservation system appears to be having a tech glitch that is causing reservations at Bonnet Creek to be double-booked. Not sure if this is limited to Tower 6 (the ones I've caught were in Tower 6), but the system is creating overlapping and duplicated confirmations which are pre-assigned to the same unit. (Final units at this resort are assigned at check in, but the pre-assigned unit numbers are supposed to be used by the system to avoid overbooking..)..
I have ZERO ideas on how Wyndham would identify which reservations to honor, but I expect we'll see complaints over the holiday season if this is anything more than a very isolated incident....
