Our resorts located in New Orleans, Louisiana are currently experiencing challenges with the City’s water system. Freezing conditions throughout the region have resulted in extensive impacts to the water system, including low water pressure and boil water advisories. The low water pressure from the City’s system is resulting in some units not having water available for in-unit use.
At this time, City officials are unable to predict when the water system will return to full capacity.
Wyndham La Belle Maison Resort is currently without water in all units. The resort is equipped with bottled water for our owners and guests and common area restroom facilities are available.
Wyndham Avenue Plaza Resort currently has very low water pressure and some units without water available in unit. The resort is also equipped with bottled water for our guests and owners and common area restroom facilities are available.
We understand the conditions resulting from the water system are an inconvenience to your visit to New Orleans. Should you wish to cancel your reservation, our Club Management team has agreed to waive our cancellation policy and you will receive 100% of the points used for this reservation back to your account.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to speaking with you soon.
