Are you getting calls from Wyndham?

Since the merger of Wyndham and Fairfield, I have had 3-4 calls from the sharks to try to get me to go down on a reduced vacation to view more time shares. Are they calling you as well?

Yes, I have gotten a couple plus a couple of snail mailings. It is because I own at Foxrun Townhouses, or at least that is what they said.

Since the merger of Wyndham and Fairfield, I have had 3-4 calls from the sharks to try to get me to go down on a reduced vacation to view more time shares. Are they calling you as well?

We haven't been called but did receive a letter in the mail yesterday. We also have been to 2 informative meetings at locations, one before the merger and one after.

We seem to be getting more calls than usual ~~ by that I mean we used to get maybe 3 calls a year, I'll bet we've gotten double that since the merger.

What does owning at Foxrun have to do with it? I own weeks at FXR and also with "Worldmark by Wyndham" but I'm seldom home and wouldn't answer any calls fom them anyway - I always check the caller id before I answer.

We own Fairfield Points and we have gotten 2 new mailings and a couple of calls. We are going nextweekend for a few days to one of the Fairfields in Newport RI and although we did not use our Fairfield points we traded in thru an RCI deposit we will probably get an offer to do an "owner update", I know we did last year when we went there. We will probably take it as we haven't been to a Fairfield pitch since the merger and will be interesting to see what they have to say now, also they give a couple of free dinners at local restaurants so it's worth the 90 minutes or so.

Yes, we have received emails and snailmail invitations and a few calls for Florida. I believe they are even free of charge to come out there but my DH tosses them before I have a chance to look at them. We had a call from RCI today too which we don't get often.

We have gotten more calls recently. I never even received FF sales call until the change over, and we have owned for 10+ years.

The calls probably come from here, since the (or a major) Fairham call center is in Springfield. They have had a lot of recruiting ads on TV lately, showing young people driving nice cars and making big money.

The ads have switched to Wyndham.
